These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Good Dreams app and website (the "Service"). By downloading or using Good Dreams, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Good Dreams in any way, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you're using the Service on behalf of a family, you represent that you have authority to do so.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You're responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at support@gooddreams.app.

4. Subscriptions and Paid Features

Good Dreams may offer free and paid tiers. If paid features are introduced, they will be clearly described along with pricing and billing terms before you're charged. Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's billing policies. Refund requests for App Store purchases should be directed to Apple.

5. Intellectual Property

The Good Dreams app, its design, code, and content are owned by Good Dreams and protected by intellectual property laws. You're granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

The data you enter (sleep records, child profiles, etc.) belongs to you. We don't claim ownership of your personal data.

6. Disclaimers

Good Dreams is a tracking and logging tool. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any health condition. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for concerns about your child's sleep or health.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Good Dreams will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using Good Dreams at any time and delete your account from within the app or by contacting support. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
