Delete Your Account
You have the right to delete your Good Dreams account and all associated personal data at any time. Here's how.
Option 1 — Delete from within the app
In-app deletion (fastest)
You can delete your account directly from the Good Dreams app:
- Open the app and go to the Account tab.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion when prompted.
Your account and all associated sleep data will be permanently deleted immediately.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
Contact support
If you're unable to access the app, email us and we'll delete your account manually within 7 business days.

When your account is deleted, the following are permanently removed:
- Your email address and login credentials.
- All child profiles associated with your account.
- All sleep records, nap logs, and daily factor data.
- Any family group memberships and shared data you contributed.
Note: In limited circumstances, we may retain certain records for a period of time if required by law or for legitimate security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes. Any retained data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
